About Eileen
As a Certified Mental Wellness Coach and Cancer survivor, I understand the weight and frustration of having to identify resources but not knowing where to turn to first.

That’s why my mission is simple: give my clients the wellness education, tools, and resources that they need to feel happy, healthy, and capable of managing life’s pressures.

My work as a wellness coach, motivational speaker, and health care advocate, my hope is to bring a fresh approach to cancer recovery.

I am a proud alumna of California Baptist University holding a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and obtained my MBA from Case Western Reserve University. Through Marietta College, I also obtained my Mental Wellness Coaching Certification under the leadership of Dr. Shawn Talbott, PhD Psychonutritionist.
My Health & Wellness Coaching training is through University of California - Irvine's Susan Samueli Integrative Health Institute (SSIHI) Academic Integrative Medicine (AIM) which is not only grounded in the conventional healthcare model but also emphasizes integrative practices. My extensive and rigorous training uses evidence-based behavioral change and coaching strategies to support my clients to make self-selected lifestyle changes. Additionally, I have been awarded my Certification by the prestigious National Board for Health & Wellness Coachingm (NB-HWC), recognized for upholding the highest standards in the industry and it's partnership with the Medical Board of Medical Examaminers.
I am passionate about giving back and volunteering. I proudly serve as a Board Member at Waymakers.

You are not alone and it would be my honor to walk with you through this journey.

About Pink Bra Project
Cancer doesn't have to have the upper hand and as a cancer survior, I know from first hand experience that we are stronger than we know. You need a support system that guides you through the healing process at every stage of your journey.
During this time, your body, mind, faith, diet, movement, environment, and community all play critical roles in how you experience this journey. After my experience with Cancer, I want other women to have the best possible outcome and get the help they need faster so they can feel better and have peace of mind.

I found that my medical team did an excellent job at treating the disease, but there were critical gaps. Foremost, there was little help to offset the mental and emotional toll. Guidance, education and information on resources came from various touchpoints resulting in a piecemeal approach to recovery.
These gaps in patient care gave birth to Pink Bra Project, designed to help female cancer patients and their caregivers with the best support available with a more holistic approach.
This is your season for the best care possible to nourish your mind, body and soul.
